Nicolás founded EnDriven in 2004 and has served as its President and CEO since inception. He has over 20 years of experience spanning the energy and finance industries. In addition to his role at EnDriven, Nicolás leads Gas Meridional, overseeing natural gas marketing, finance, and risk management, as well as C3Plus and Fuels Meridional, where he focuses on contract management and business development. Over the past two decades, he has guided EnDriven’s corporate growth and led its EPC teams through the design, deployment, and operation of the company’s industrial assets.

Nicolás has a well-established and publicly recognized entrepreneurial trajectory. Before founding EnDriven, he co-founded and directed BtoBen.com, a business-to-business online platform later acquired by Banco Santander. At BtoBen, he managed several financing rounds totaling over USD 45 million. Earlier, he led the Southern Cone region for J.P. Morgan’s Emerging Markets Derivatives Group in New York and worked in Fixed Income at Goldman Sachs & Co.He also served as a visiting scientist at Schlumberger-Doll Research in Connecticut, developing quantitative models for oil prospecting.

Nicolás holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and Master’s degrees in Applied Mathematics and Electrical Engineering from Brown University, where he was a Fellow of the Graduate School. He has conducted research and lectured at UBA’s Microcomputers Laboratory and Brown’s Laboratory for the Engineering of Man-Machine Systems.

Eduardo became involved with EnDriven at its early inception as an advisor and, since 2007, as a partner. At EnDriven, he leads strategic negotiations and business development, overseeing the company’s energy services platform, biofuels business, and agribusiness initiatives. He directed the commercial efforts behind EnDriven’s power services operations and managed the deployment and operation of a dedicated power facility for a multinational client. Eduardo has also led the identification and development of growth opportunities across all EnDriven business lines in Argentina and abroad, covering technical, commercial, regulatory, and financial aspects.

Before joining EnDriven, Eduardo accumulated over 15 years of experience in investment banking, with a strong track record in corporate restructuring, M&A, and project finance. He was Head of Corporate Finance and Partner at AGM Finanzas, a recognized investment banking boutique in Argentina, where he formulated deal strategies and led the execution of transactions across the energy, public services, communications, finance, real estate, industrial, and consumer products sectors. Eduardo played a key role in originating and executing transactions in the energy industry, developing deep relationships and execution expertise across power generation, natural gas transportation, electricity transmission and distribution, and the upstream and midstream O&G sectors. Earlier in his career, he served as an M&A and strategic planning analyst at Siderca (now Tenaris) and as an Associate in the Latin America Private Equity Group at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in New York.

Eduardo holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and an MBA from the University of Chicago, where he graduated with high honors.
