Energía del Comahue
In early 2008, Endriven recruited a specialized operations team and founded "Energía del Comahue" to provide off-the-grid power solutions to industrial clients. Endriven levers on its natural gas marketing platform to provide a cost-efficient, reliable and fast solution to the increasingly unsatisfied power demand. The value proposition consists in the installation and operation of medium-scaled power stations within each client's premises to reduce operational costs and power interruption risks. Endriven has already signed a long-term power supply agreement with a multinational food manufacturing company, which is scheduled to commence operations in August 2008. Additionally, Energía del Comahue has been recently approved by the Secretary of Energy to install and operate a 10MW thermal generation plant within the program "Energía Plus".
